Learn communications strategies for building and sustaining employee engagement and help retain your organization’s best employees. Sharing their ideas and experience will be Master Sgt. Carl Rhea, the commandant of the Airman Leadership School at Davis-Monthan, and Linda Heffernen, director of Change Initiatives for the UA.
Rhea provides advanced training in the areas of leadership, Profession of Arms and communication. Heffernen has extensive knowledge of the latest research behind employee engagement strategies
